Is it a problem of being fenced in?
But even some who explored and returned
Found themselves in a downward spiral
Great children with great promise
Trapped in cycle of diminishing returns
Took the road to the highest funway
Had their minds cracked into splinters
See young children once full of life
Become unwitting shadows of themselves
Hovering about like darkening clouds
Their guardians freezing in the headlights
High on drugs, but low on goals
Aiming at action, but aiming aimlessly
The decline puts a chill on your soul
Life a story, value your prose...
They said it's because the walls are fenced in
That there's something out there doing the feeding
But one thing is certain, God we are needing
Say no to drugs.
