LIKE SUDDEN RAIN (YOU WENT AWAY; I FELL FOR YOU)

I fell for you like sudden rain

You went away and left me pain

I'm going crazy, going insane

And life will never be the same

My heart is bleeding you left a stain

Do you play me, I think I'm game

And what is there for you to gain

I have nothing more then to say

There's a crime you have to pay

For the role you had to play

(And a role you have to play)

On your knees go now and pray

To God your sins for him to save

Come back now my heart and save

For all the love I had and gave

I won't be proud now I can beg

For your love to see again

I hope your heart I can regain

For life will never be the same

I hope you see now for your sake

That life will be never be the same

I hope you see now for your sake

That nothing in this world can make

Me forget now about our love

And all the problems it did solve

How it made me now evolve

Around your sun do I revolve!

I fell for you like sudden rain

You went away and left me pain

I'm going crazy, going insane

And life will never be the same..

IT IS A TERRIBLE THING TO NOT KNOW HOW GREAT YOU ARE

Hello, and welcome to Haven Incorporated. This is the very first post minted in our press, and hopefully the continuation of something great. We hope you find value in this space and find it a place to stay. It's indeed a terrible thing to not know how great one is. Usually, we hear warnings to desist from pride and cease from arrogance, that pride goes before an unpleasant fall and humility comes before honour. But having a healthy sense of self and worth is not as emphasised. And I dare say, it's better to be proud than falsely humble! Just tonight, I saw a man who didn't know how great he was, and it pierced my heart to see him so. Maybe he knew, but only humbled himself for the moment, but I didn't think it necessary for him to have done so. But it's terrible to not know how great you are! It occurred to me that culture and tradition, perhaps, makes us stagnant and backwards in the face of progress. It is true that we learn great virtue and core valu...

WITH GOD, WE'LL RUN THROUGH A TROOP

Like Humpty Dumpty in a house of cards Your house fell down like the walls of Jericho [And it's hard to pick up the spare parts] Every spring of idea became a dying plant (God forbid!) Something of colour ends up in monochrome  Look before you leap, are words of wisdom But what if faith is leaping before you look? Or is faith leaping before you look? And where then does that place our reasoning? Is it still faith if it breaks like a broom? And what if this leap doesn't pay as due? Should our faith in God make everything (exactly) possible? However, base your plans on something solid Not something that could go up in smoke Do not be too hasty to strike gold Neither delay too long a decisive blow  Be confident in your ability to win the race But don't jump the gun and think it's going to be okay (it's not!) Have faith in God, believe he can do all things But don't back yourself into a corner and put your God to test... Like refusing to serve in a tennis game Then ...
